Americana Bistro is a small, upscale bistro new to Bellevue.  Americana Bistro offers great American foods from all over the country. From the Southwest there is a Southwestern Chipotle BBQ Salad, Philly Cheese Steak sandwich from the Northeast, Baton Rouge Salmon from down South, and steaks from right here in the Midwest.

The menu has a large range of salads, specialty sandwiches, unique pizzas and pastas, and steak features.  We started off with the Roasted Red Pepper & Spinach Queso Dip.  The dip had fresh spinach with roasted bell peppers in a homemade jalapeno cheese sauce.  This wasn't like any other cheese dip I've had before. It had a unique taste with the roasted bell peppers and spinach.

Next I had the Garlic Tomato and Feta pasta which was excellent.  The pasta had Spanish tomatoes sauteed with garlic, tossed with fresh basil and topped with feta cheese. They also have the option to add chicken, shrimp, or salmon to the entree.

We also tried the BBQ Glazed Baby Back Ribs.  They were a huge slab of ribs that fell right off the bone, served with a generous portion of potato wedges, a specialty for the rib lover. The menu offers such a variety, it's hard to choose just one thing, so I will definitely be back for more!

The wait staff was exceptional and made our experience at Americana Bistro one to remember. Our server Cassandra was extremely helpful and had an upbeat, bubbly personality.  She recommended various things for us to try was very knowledgeable about the menu.
