This week, the Drink of the Week makes a stop at Phoenix and gives water a makeover.

The Cool Water is created by beginning with a glass of ice. Added to that glass are 1 1/4 oz of vodka, which serves as the water, and 3/4 oz of Hypnotiq, which will give you your cool. Top the Cool Water off with Monster Energy Drink, and that once boring drink called water is now a bonafide alcoholic beverage.
