This week Omaha Flair bartender, Luciano, makes a colorful and delicious drink with only UV blue, grenadine, and Monster energy drink.

The secret is layering. None of the layers can mix and with the help of a common bar spoon they don’t. The drink starts off with a big splash of grenadine and then is filled with ice. Next, Monster is gently poured to fill in the middle portion. And lastly, the UV blue is added all the way to the top. Garnished with a big cherry, the Monster Pop is ready to enjoy.
